To ensure smooth process of delivery, Please go through these terms and policies

The amount to be paid in full at the time of delivery of voucher, by the customer. In case customer reschedule his/her delivery date, he or she must notify it to our Customer Support Staff through call +92 304 0802848 or email to (mailto: at least 3 days before scheduled delivery date.

Any visible merchandise damage and/or any home damage must be notified on delivery document and must be informed to our Customer Service Department by call or through email at (mailto: within 48 hours (or 2 days) of delivery.

Delivery Policies

We offer delivery at customer doorstep (for Karachi) through third party delivery services. Only for bedrooms sets, Cupboards and other furniture that needs on site assembling, FurnitureWala manages its own delivery staff to fix it completely and place it exactly where the customer want to place it permanently.

We offer weight based delivery system, based on the products’ exact weight. The delivery charges will automatically be added to customer(s)’ order when he or she select the location of delivery.

Delivery Charges for Karachi Only

  • Delivery At Your Doorstep By Kangaroo Logistics
  •  Cash on delivery (COD) for Karachi below PKR. 12,000/-
  • For other furniture products the delivery time is 7 to 8 business days [Mentioned on order]
  • PKR. 250/- for small mirrors and wall shelves
  • PKR. 120/- for home accessories.
  • Additional PKR. 1,200/- for delivery and assembly for King or Queen Size bed sets up to 2nd Floor – Additional PKR. 500 will be charged for 3rd floor or above.
  • Customer will be responsible to provide empty space in the room where bed room set or other relevant furniture items will be assembled and/or placed
  • Additional charges of PKR. 500/- will be charged for disassembling or replacing old bed set or other furniture item placed on the space where new furniture item should be placed or assembled by our team.
  • No refund will be offered if customer return a customized order
